WP4. Testing the personal learning environment

WP4 implements individual, group and joint learning scenarios using the developed personal learning environment (PLE) in the university, professional update and sectoral settings in Russia and Ukraine.

Tasks

  • To deliver the PLE-based course on meteorological economics in Russian and Ukrainian consortium universities
  • To deliver the PLE-based professional update course in Roshydromet Advanced Training Institute (Russia) and Centre for Professional Advancement at Odessa State Environmental University (Ukraine)
  • To deliver the PLE-based “sectoral” courses for selected weather-sensitive firms and institutions from agriculture, transport, energy, healthcare (biometeorology), and city management sectors
  • To introduce corrections based feedback collected during testing and finalise the PLE prototype for business planning
